Need Help Burning My Mixtapes?? Well here's some info....

To burn my mixtapes to cd with all seperate tracks and NO spaces in between, I've included a .cue file, which
has all the information for your burner to do this correctly. Most media burning software is equipped to work with
.cue files. However, if you aren't sure about your software's capabilities or are just plain clueless about this
stuff (like I was) then I've included a link to a web page where you can download a little piece of FREE
software called IMAGE BURN which will do the trick for you. Here's a walk-through.. from download to setup to
burning.

1. Open the IMAGE BURN DOWNLOAD PAGE file (this will take you directly to the download page)

2. Choose one of the 8 available mirrors for download. It really doesn't matter which one you use. If you
have problems downloading from here, then I also have the setup file on my server and you can download it here...

3. Once downloaded, run the setup just like you would with any other piece of new software.

4. Once installed, Image Burn should be the default for opening cue files. If it isn't, you can make it the
default by right-clicking the .cue file, choose OPEN WITH... then CHOOSE DEFAULT PROGRAM. The software is
located in the following directory.... C:\Program Files\ImgBurn\. Once in that directory,
choose ImgBurn and it will make Image Burn the default for .cue files.

5. The rest is easy!! Now that you have Image Burn as your .cue default software, just double click the .cue
file included in the mixtape download. This will run Image Burn & load the mix tracks into it.
IMPORTANT: leave the .cue file & the .mp3 of the mix in the SAME folder or you will not be able to burn the mix.

6. Once Image Burn loads, (make sure you have a blank disc present in the drive) just click the icon on the
lower left (hover & it will say WRITE) and you will be all set. Once completed, you will have a mixtape with
seperate tracks and no spaces in between.

Nero is supposed to work with .cue files, but I've had problems doing this with Nero, which is why I made my
instructions for Image Burn. I'm not sure about Windows 7, but I use Image Burn on Vista Home edition and
(so far) I've had no problems.

Thanks for downloading my mixtapes. I hope you enjoy the music. And be sure to tell all your friends about..
